Responsibilities
- Repoint OMES and UPMS from direct Salesforce account and contact dependencies to a backward-compatible API and integration layer.
- Design and build integration components connecting UPMS and OMES to the shielding layer while preserving downstream compatibility.
- Execute and support two cutovers for each system, including shielding-layer migration and Salesforce hierarchy changes.
- Prepare and maintain rollback plans, deployment readiness activities, and post-deployment validation.
- Validate entitlement, access, and permission integrity across interconnected OneMSCI Entitlements systems and prevent over-permissioning or under-permissioning.
- Support entitlement data migration for approximately 8,800 new Segment Accounts through mapping verification, reconciliation, and integrity checks.
- Manage Terraform infrastructure and CI/CD workflows for application, integration, infrastructure, and configuration changes.
- Build, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Golang and Node.js microservices, REST APIs, and integration components.
- Apply microservices design principles and support service scalability, resilience, observability, error handling, logging, and validation.
- Contribute to quality assurance, automated testing, compressed UAT windows, and permissioning-flow validation.
- Investigate issues across applications, APIs, integrations, pipelines, infrastructure, data, and permissioning workflows.
- Document technical designs, integration mappings, deployment procedures, cutover plans, rollback steps, test evidence, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, testing, data, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Golang and Node.js.
- Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST API integration, backward-compatible service design, and complex enterprise application integration.
- Experience with production deployment support, system cutovers, rollback readiness, debugging, troubleshooting, and release validation.
- Experience supporting data migration, validation, reconciliation, mapping verification, and data-integrity checks.
- Ability to validate identity, entitlement, authentication, authorization, access, and permission integrity across interconnected systems.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments for microservices and API-based applications.
- Preferred experience with MuleSoft or a similar enterprise integration or iPaaS platform.
- Preferred working knowledge of Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure API Management, and Azure Key Vault.
- Preferred exposure to identity, entitlement, authentication, authorization, or access-management systems.
- Preferred experience with containerized microservices, orchestration, automated integration/API/security/performance testing, observability, distributed tracing, release orchestration, and operational readiness.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
- Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, security, or software-development certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
