Responsibilities
- Lead the design, enhancement, and optimization of scalable CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, security, and deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to implement quality gates, security scanning, and automated testing throughout delivery pipelines.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual intervention, increase deployment frequency, and improve release confidence.
- Architect, provision, and maintain Azure cloud environments using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep infrastructure as code.
- Oversee the stability, performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization of development, staging, and production environments.
- Lead investigations and resolution of complex infrastructure and environment incidents with global teams.
- Mentor engineers and guide adoption of release automation, branching strategies, cloud-native patterns, and modern infrastructure practices.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD technologies including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code proficiency, preferably with Terraform, with ARM or Bicep experience advantageous.
- Strong Linux administration and scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
- Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and DevOps/SRE best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, incident-resolution, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
