Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
- Manage and optimize AWS deployments across the development life cycle.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Operate and improve containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems using monitoring and logging tools while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Provide hands-on technical support, including 24/7 support when required.
- Track assigned work, report status, identify issues, and collaborate with technical leads and management.
- Continuously improve deployment plans, automation, configuration management, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience with the Linux operating system; Red Hat Certified Engineer certification may be relevant.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Ant, and Artifactory.
- Strong experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, Route53, IAM, ELB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud and DevOps security best practices, monitoring, and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Experience provisioning infrastructure with Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience using Helm for package management and deploying to OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of integration testing, unit testing, Behavior Driven Development, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture.
- Preferred experience integrating third-party applications and working with financial industry or core banking integrations.
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications and configuration management knowledge are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
