Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Candid Health’s product development.
- Ensure UX consistency across pages and components within the Candid app.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand pain points and develop creative solutions.
- Help shape engineering and broader company culture.
- Evaluate and use relevant front-end libraries and tooling.
- Build tooling and improvements for front-end developer operations.
- Perform front-end profiling and monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts/Sciences in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering position.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, and API development.
- Preferred experience with server-side rendering, GraphQL, Tailwind, Firebase, or Codegen.
- Strong UX and design instincts, clear communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in learning and teaching others.
