Responsibilities
- Contribute to product development at Candid Health.
- Ensure UX consistency across various pages/components.
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points.
- Shape engineering and company culture.
- Utilize relevant front-end libraries and tooling.
- Build tooling and improvements for front-end dev ops.
- Conduct front end profiling and monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering position.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, React, Typescript, and API development.
- Experience with server-side rendering, GraphQL, Tailwind, Firebase, and Codegen is a plus.
- Strong instincts around UX/Design.
- Commitment to building high-quality software with a practical approach.
- Learner's mindset and value in teaching others.
- Customer-first mindset and clear communication skills.
