Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and cost-effective production AI agents for enterprise workflows.
- Prototype, test, evaluate, and optimize agents using evaluation datasets and outcome measurement.
- Identify Legal Team opportunities for AI, redesign workflows, and support change management and adoption.
- Share AI development expertise, frameworks, and tools through training, knowledge sharing, and governance discussions.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities, frameworks, standards, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with Legal, Enterprise AI, Data, Security, Privacy, Engineering, analysts, contractors, and other cross-functional stakeholders from discovery through production deployment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages with direct experience building and deploying production AI/ML applications and workflows.
- Deep understanding of large language models and modern AI systems, with demonstrated ability to design, build, and optimize practical AI agent solutions.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Knowledge of AI safety, governance, emerging standards, risks, and guardrails for responsible agent development.
- Ability to understand enterprise workflows, align AI solutions with business needs, and translate technical solutions into business value.
- Preferred experience in Legal, compliance, investigations, contracts, eDiscovery, knowledge management, or other document-intensive domains.
- Preferred experience with model customization, fine-tuning, synthetic data, advanced retrieval, knowledge graphs, multimodal document processing, AI gateways, agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol, multi-agent systems, secure tool integrations, source grounding, traceability, human review, explainable outputs, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred experience facilitating engineers, vendors, or contractors across related initiatives.
