Responsibilities

Develop and unit-test change requests, enhancements, and project solutions for financial planning and consolidation systems.
Configure and customize financial planning and consolidation platforms to improve functionality and performance.
Provide daily first- and second-level support and monitoring for financial solutions, resolving issues and maintaining system integrity.
Document system configurations and changes in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Work with the Solution Architect and Lead Developer to align solutions with business requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience with SAP BPC, IP, and SAC in SAP planning or reporting workstreams for financial consolidation and planning systems.
Hands-on experience using SAP Analytics Cloud as a planning tool.
Technical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Fiori, and other BI or visualization tools.
Understanding of SAP data structures, end-to-end data flow, SAC Planning, SAC predictive capabilities, forecasting, SAC security configuration, and data locking.
Experience creating analytical applications and using advanced formulas is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Hybrid work arrangement in Pune, India, with four days in the office and one day working from home.
Typical working hours are nine hours between 10:30 AM and 9:30 PM IST.
