Responsibilities
- Design, code, and ship full-stack features for Netic’s AI platform.
- Work closely with customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into product features.
- Own end-to-end delivery from specification through production, including data models, APIs, frontend polish, and post-launch iteration.
- Build, test, and monitor production features for reliability and performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience delivering user-facing software at scale across multiple release cycles.
- Fluency with React, TypeScript, and Python, plus experience with databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns is preferred, though willingness to learn is also valued.
- Ability to translate stakeholder goals into technical specifications and build customer-focused products.
- Strong ownership, clean and efficient coding practices, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to explain architectural trade-offs to engineering teams and business outcomes to executives.
