Responsibilities
- Provision, modify, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, using Terraform.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows with GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.
- Operate EKS, Kubernetes, Argo CD, and other core platform technologies.
- Develop Python or Go automation scripts and CLI tooling to reduce operational toil and improve developer access.
- Support infrastructure deployment and configuration for AI inference and internal AI tooling.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes networking, cloud IAM permissions, platform issues, and pipeline bottlenecks.
- Own the design, development, and operation of a Backstage-based Developer Portal.
Requirements
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering or Platform Engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS core services, networking, and IAM architectures.
- Advanced Terraform proficiency, including module creation and state management, and strong GitOps knowledge.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Production experience operating Kubernetes and EKS, with deployment tools such as Argo CD.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and JFrog.
- Experience operating in a multi-cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Programming capability in Python or Go for infrastructure automation and tooling.
- Expertise building, deploying, scaling, and managing modern web applications in cloud environments.
