Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems.
- Build REST APIs and engineer microservices for financial products.
- Work on systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Use Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot to deliver maintainable backend business logic.
- Collaborate with the team to build scalable, secure, and high-performing products.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A quick-learning, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
