Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle ERP modules, forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, extensions, APIs, and web services.
- Build Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Integration Cloud integrations between ERP and external systems.
- Participate in ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, data migration, and post-go-live support.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing support while resolving defects.
- Optimize application, database query, report, and workflow performance and provide production support and enhancements.
- Create technical documentation including design specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, DBAs, project managers, onshore teams, offshore teams, and other stakeholders.
- Apply security, compliance, and data protection practices including role-based access control and data encryption.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, technical solutions, and timelines to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of Oracle ERP development experience, including at least 2 years focused on ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Proficiency with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF, or APEX.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware tools including SOA, BPEL, and ADF, plus Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience with ODI or FBDI and REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON integration technologies.
- Proficiency with Oracle Database, SQL, SQL Developer, and TOAD.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or HRMS.
- Experience with Oracle Workflow, AME, BI Publisher, and Oracle ERP performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Oracle OCP or Oracle Cloud ERP certifications, Oracle NetSuite experience, Git/version-control experience, automated testing knowledge, and Agile or Scrum experience are preferred.
