Base Salary
$153k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop GenAI solutions using techniques such as RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning to solve customer problems.
- Build, deploy, optimize, and own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across varied domains.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, developer relations, and internal subject matter expert teams to shape priorities and product roadmaps.
- Present at conferences and establish thought leadership internally and externally.
- Travel to customer sites approximately once every 4–8 weeks as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated industry experience designing, building, and deploying production GenAI and LLM applications at scale.
- Experience with GenAI application tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
- Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
- Extensive hands-on industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience communicating or teaching technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing.
