Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and business outcomes for a portfolio of 1–2 strategic customer accounts.
- Advise C-level and technical stakeholders on AI-driven operational transformation.
- Architect, build, and ship production AI solutions, scalable workflows, monday AI agents, vibe apps, and MCP integrations.
- Define customer success criteria and drive adoption, workflow throughput, and measurable ROI from pilot through production rollout.
- Instrument deployments, run evaluations against customer workflows, and translate findings into product requirements and roadmap input.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success as the technical authority on account strategy.
- Turn deployment patterns, agents, and assets into reusable tools and playbooks for the broader organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of building applications from scratch using TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with full-stack depth.
- Experience leading hands-on projects end to end in production, preferably in client-facing environments.
- Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering and strong knowledge of AI/LLM systems, including agent architectures, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, evaluations, and prompt-to-production workflows.
- Experience managing C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Track record of converting one-off delivery work into reusable assets, product requirements, or repeatable playbooks.
- Entrepreneurial, fast-moving approach focused on long-term impact.
