Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build backend APIs and services for AI agents and operations tooling.
- Ship user-facing features end-to-end from data model to API to UI.
- Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack.
- Collaborate with design, ops, and risk/compliance teams to ship safe features.
- Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design/review discussions.
- Help evolve engineering standards and product development processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in full-stack or backend engineering.
- Experience with backend development using Python or Go.
- Strong code quality habits including testing, reviews, and documentation.
- A product mindset focused on delivering user value.
