Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable Android applications using modern Android architecture.
- Lead adoption of Jetpack Compose and define the app’s architecture for long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user-focused features.
- Own CI/CD, testing, release management, documentation, and app stability monitoring.
- Improve code quality, tooling, performance, developer experience, and development processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Android development and strong expertise in Kotlin.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK and modern Android development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow, Hilt/Dagger, Retrofit/OkHttp, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of clean architecture, design patterns, modularization, and maintainable code practices.
- Experience with unit and UI testing using JUnit, Espresso, and MockK.
- Ability to independently own complex projects and deliver high-quality, performant, scalable applications.
