Responsibilities

Define the multi-year technical strategy for account management primitives.
Lead architectural decisions on account primitives and their integration with adjacent domains.
Own the long-term architecture for console-facing capabilities.
Set standards for technical debt prioritization and operational hygiene.
Design systems that handle millions of events per second across multiple regions.
Serve as a primary technical voice in cross-organizational design reviews.
Mentor senior engineers on system design and technical communication.
Communicate account platform strategy to senior leadership.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience with complex, cloud-scale systems.
Expert-level proficiency in Go and strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js.
Proven ability to design high-throughput, scalable systems.
Deep experience with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code expertise.
Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Demonstrated ability to drive technical consensus across organizations.
