Responsibilities
- Build reliable AI systems in production, including prompt/version management and monitoring for drift/quality.
- Establish responsible AI practices for the team, including privacy and data handling.
- Define architectural changes that can be implemented incrementally while minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine architectural priorities.
- Build, fix, and improve high-value code.
- Train team members on best practices and new techniques.
- Help the team build code with confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in a technology-related field or equivalent certification.
- At least 10 years of engineering experience, with 7 years in software architecture.
- Experience developing SaaS software using various coding languages.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of software development and version control tools.
- Experience deploying solutions with best-practice solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledgeable in security best practices, including OWASP Top 10.
- Familiarity with static analysis and code scanning.
- Experience delivering AI-backed features end-to-end in a production environment.
- Ability to lead technically in ambiguous problem spaces.
