Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Risk Tech)

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers building solutions for regulatory and risk management needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack systems, distributed microservices, and micro-UI architectures.
- Collaborate with digital product managers and cross-company partners to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
- Use current technologies and participate in technology communities while mentoring other engineers.
- Build proprietary risk management products powered by AI technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience required; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 9+ years with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go, and 4+ years of cloud experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 4+ years with open source frameworks, 1+ year of people management experience, and 2+ years of Agile practices.
- Experience using interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion is preferred.
