Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Python, TypeScript, AWS)

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Develop cloud-based solutions that address regulatory needs and deliver customer experiences.
- Collaborate with digital product managers and other stakeholders to deliver robust software.
- Use programming languages, databases, container orchestration services, and AWS tools to build solutions.
- Stay current with technology trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: master’s degree.
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks.
- Preferred: 1+ year of people management experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Agile practices.
- Preferred: experience using interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion to improve productivity.
