Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end for core authentication and authorization capabilities.
- Contribute to the extraction of authentication and authorization paths into microservices.
- Build and maintain shared SDKs and contracts for internal teams.
- Collaborate with Organizations & Accounts to support org-scoped identity.
- Partner with Security and Compliance on secure account protection patterns.
- Improve reliability and performance of IAM services through metrics and alerts.
- Define and refine standards for authentication and authorization across platform APIs.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building or operating web services or APIs backed by databases.
- Familiarity with authentication or authorization concepts.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
