Responsibilities
- Develop the first AI assistant for residential buildings and communities.
- Build proprietary AI systems that automate complex user conversations.
- Own end-to-end software development from ideation through production.
- Maintain high code quality and follow engineering best practices.
- Demonstrate leadership while working across organizational boundaries.
- Help build and ship products that support STAN’s business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript and React libraries.
- Experience with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, MongoDB, REST API development, and Node.js.
- Experience architecting and deploying software products to cloud providers such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure.
- A product-focused mindset and passion for building a business.
- Preferred experience with AI, natural language processing, natural language understanding, or machine learning.
- Startup experience or experience working in small teams is preferred.
