Responsibilities

Manage architecture and roadmaps for multiple large or mid-sized business applications in alignment with AIG’s GenAI strategy and enterprise standards.
Lead technical and functional solution architectures spanning cloud, security, risk, compliance, integration, DevOps, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement practices supporting AI/ML integration and business transformation.
Create, adopt, and disseminate architecture standards while influencing engineering teams and senior leadership.
Oversee end-to-end architecture initiatives to align with enterprise goals and maximize the business value of AI-driven solutions.
Provide strategic direction for architecture initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Extensive experience leading the architecture, design, and roadmaps of large-scale business applications or functional technology solutions, with secure architecture and AI integration experience.
Advanced proficiency managing functional, logical, and physical architecture for multiple business applications across geographies and program sizes.
Experience driving adoption of AI/ML and cloud-native technologies while aligning with EA/ITIL frameworks and enterprise, ethical, and responsible AI standards.
Experience designing technical solutions in hybrid on-premises and AWS environments, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, Open Data, and DevSecOps.
Experience with highly regulated industries and implementing AI solutions in regulated environments is preferred.
Knowledge of ethical standards and controls for Generative AI and successful implementation of AI/ML models in large enterprises is preferred.
Familiarity with insurance functions such as distribution, submission and file management, pricing and quoting, policy and service, claims, billing, finance, reinsurance, actuarial, and corporate systems is preferred.
