Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice initiatives to improve team productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and software component integration.
- Monitor project progress and address challenges affecting deadlines and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault and enterprise application design and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- 15 years of full-time education.
