Responsibilities
- Lead long-term technical direction and vision for product maintenance and scalability.
- Support and maintain the design system and component library.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create user-friendly experiences.
- Own and plan projects for long-term impact within a small team.
- Teach and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Proven track record in developing iOS applications and shipping user-facing features.
- Knowledge of frontend architecture trends, including performance, security, and usability.
- Understanding of the current DeFi ecosystem.
- Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
