Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance from onboarding and implementation through adoption and value realization.
- Develop account success plans and align customer leadership around operationalization and business outcomes.
- Advise customers on Harness platform and AppSec modules, AI applications and security, DevOps, SecOps, application security, cloud architecture, networks, and infrastructure.
- Analyze customer usage, adoption gaps, churn risks, and optimization opportunities, then provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to improve adoption, integration, and ongoing solution optimization.
- Conduct business reviews and customer check-ins and resolve technical issues and concerns.
- Develop customer success processes, tools, collateral, reference architectures, best-practice guides, and enablement content.
- Participate in Harness Community forums and provide customer feedback to product management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management in the software or technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience with multiple cloud, infrastructure, container, orchestration, CI/CD, DevOps, scripting, and application security technologies.
- Expertise with the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Helm, releases, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth AWS experience, including infrastructure provisioning, VPCs, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, and EC2; GCP and Azure experience is advantageous.
- Linux experience and strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, Kubernetes, and infrastructure environments.
- Programming and scripting experience, including the ability to create custom integrations and tailored customer solutions.
- Preferred experience in security engineering and architecture, application security, API security, AI security, development, DevOps, SecOps, or web security.
- Ability to learn and work with emerging AI, DevOps, cloud, and security technologies.
- Strong customer relationship management, communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred.
