Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production-grade software and services.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics, and technical designs.
- Apply engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
- Deliver customer solutions end to end through rapid prototyping, iteration, and production deployment.
- Build reusable components, reference implementations, and shared engineering patterns.
- Lead technical workstreams, align stakeholders, resolve ambiguous problems, and drive execution through delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, design, security, and customer teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end to end.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and cloud AI platforms.
- Preferred: Familiarity with deploying and operating AI systems in production environments.
- Preferred: Willingness to travel up to 25%.

- The typical base pay range is £58,200.00–£97,600.00 per year in the United Kingdom.
