Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Lead deployments and build third-party integrations using APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and API keys.
- Write and test glue code and features with monitoring and logging.
- Debug production issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deliver fixes.
- Create reusable deployment templates and playbooks to improve consistency and scale.
- Share recurring customer pain points and product recommendations with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.
- Production experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API keys, and third-party integrations.
- Strong coding skills for implementation and testing, plus cloud deployment, monitoring, logging, and observability fundamentals.
- German proficiency at B2 level or above; exceptional candidates without German proficiency may also be considered.
- Voice or telephony integrations, TypeScript, Python, SQL, workflow automation, and privacy experience are useful qualifications.
Benefits
- Compensation is €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
- Remote within Germany.
