Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of the Tines platform in complex enterprise environments.
- Integrate Tines with existing systems and configure customer-specific workflows.
- Drive adoption by training and enabling technical teams, business users, and leadership.
- Identify new customer use cases and opportunities to expand platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues, leading workshops, and resolving blockers.
- Build relationships with users, stakeholders, and executive sponsors to support retention and growth.
- Share recurring customer friction points, unmet needs, and high-value use cases with Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams.
- Travel 20–40% to customer sites.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions or Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Integration or Implementation Engineer, or Software Engineer with customer exposure.
- 5+ years of experience working with public sector or federal customers.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments.
- Strong engineering skills for owning integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and understanding customer infrastructure.
- Strong Python skills; TypeScript, Java, or similar experience is preferred.
- Production experience with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment at scale.
- Ability to train, enable, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- High agency, resourcefulness, independence, and account ownership.
- Strong, clear, confident communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 20–40% to customer sites.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
