Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of small-sized IBM Maximo engagements with peak teams of 10–12 members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design IBM Maximo solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical design documentation.
- Design and develop IBM Maximo customizations, extensions, and enterprise integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to presales and asset development activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo.
- Strong experience with IBM Maximo, including MAS 8 upgrades and MAS 8 Mobile Solution development.
- Good understanding of EAM and inventory management processes.
- Experience designing and developing IBM Maximo customizations and extensions.
- Experience integrating IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Maximo industry solutions such as Maximo for Utilities or Oil & Gas is beneficial.
- Experience with Maximo Health & Predict or visual inspections is beneficial.
- Java, Python, SQL, and web technologies experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
