Base Salary
$239k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain products for on-premises and SaaS offerings.
- Implement product features for on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional leads on technical and business strategy and product roadmaps.
- Drive test-driven development, high-quality features, and resilient enterprise-class solutions.
- Lead team ownership, individual accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in Agile development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong coding experience in C++, Java, or Golang.
- At least 12 years of experience developing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in data protection, filesystems, or storage is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude, or Copilot is required.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of microservices, SaaS architecture, and cloud-native services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Commitment to testing methodologies and building quality products.
