Responsibilities
- Translate customer priorities into high-impact AI use cases during the sales process.
- Lead the design and execution of proof-of-value projects using customer data and Taktile’s platform.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to build solutions in Taktile's Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
- Share competitive intelligence and insights with product management to shape the AI product roadmap.
- Create reusable collateral and best practices to scale knowledge across the solution engineering function.
- Discover new use cases and assess product-solution fit on the platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- Experience in navigating complex enterprise organizations with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage technical scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for solving business challenges.
- Proven track record of supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and experience with ML models in production settings is preferred.
