Responsibilities
- Discover customer priorities and translate problem statements into high-impact Agentic AI use cases during the enterprise sales cycle.
- Design and execute proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and Taktile’s platform to demonstrate strategic ROI.
- Build technical prototypes, demos, integrations, and workflows that simulate production-grade implementations on Taktile.
- Partner with Sales to manage multiple high-stakes prospects, drive technical wins, and advance deals toward close.
- Communicate implementation value and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with partners, customers, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Share competitive intelligence and prospect insights to influence Taktile’s AI product roadmap and positioning.
- Create reusable collateral, tools, and best practices and provide product-solution-fit feedback to go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
- Preferred 3–5 years of experience in enterprise solutions or sales engineering for B2B SaaS, or in a senior technical consulting role.
- General understanding of REST APIs, including design, integration, and authentication.
- Preferred experience building, tuning, or deploying production ML models using tools such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals and managing technical objections, evaluations, and proof-of-concept scopes.
- Ability to communicate model functionality and business value to technical stakeholders and financial-services domain experts.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
- Financial-services domain expertise in areas such as banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments is preferred.
