Responsibilities
- Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
- Guide teams in transitioning from consumer-grade to production-grade agent designs.
- Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions.
- Ensure solutions comply with platform architecture, governance, and security standards.
- Design client-specific and sensitive solutions for restricted-data environments.
- Act as a regional subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex agent design challenges.
- Collaborate with central platform and governance teams.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks.
- Experience designing production-grade distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to assess trade-offs including autonomy versus control and cost versus performance.
- 8–15+ years of experience in solution, systems, or platform architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems.
- To qualify for SC clearance, candidates must have lived and worked continuously in the UK for the past five years.
