Base Salary
$229k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade generative AI systems for mental healthcare.
- Set technical standards for safety, reliability, and performance in AI applications.
- Make principal decisions on AI integration in a regulated care environment.
- Define system architecture and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Act as a technical multiplier for engineering teams across product surfaces.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 7+ years in Public Cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
- 5+ years of deep experience in Python and at least one backend language.
- 2+ years of experience building AI-powered products at scale.
- 2+ years of strong experience in LLM integration patterns or AI orchestration frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience with MLOps and data pipelines for continuous model improvement.
