Base Salary

$147k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

Translate existing solutions and business problems into Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
Modify existing models for optimization and new functionality.
Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
Provide timely feedback and updates to the Business Partner and team.
Develop model documentation.
Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
Lead UAT testing and deployment.

A 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
4+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
Knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies, preferably Agile.
Superb written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead and implement multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Expertise in planning and modeling in Finance, Workforce Planning, or Sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of data integration.
Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Results-oriented and motivated self-starter.
Coaching mentality and collaborative style.
