Senior Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
- Lead technical design sessions and document architectures aligned with client objectives.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects.
- Lead code reviews and help define coding standards and appropriate design patterns.
- Oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
- Debug project issues and support technical delivery and client implementations.
- Participate in discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development for prospective customers.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams and travel to client sites approximately 50–75% of the time.
Requirements
- Strong CRM experience and a solid Salesforce platform background.
- Senior leadership expertise and expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- Ability to design scalable, performance-driven systems and understand architecture, design patterns, large data volume limitations, data sharing, and visibility considerations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with business systems using APIs, ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, or related tools.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS, and SSL.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-target-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background designing or developing large web-based systems, or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
- Relevant extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer, or other comparable experience may be considered in evaluating core competencies.
