Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and architectural direction for a major part of Keyloop’s platform.
- Solve complex, ambiguous technical problems spanning multiple teams or domains.
- Drive execution of critical company-wide technical initiatives and lead risk mitigation plans.
- Set technical standards and best practices for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead planning and coordination for large cross-team initiatives using roadmaps and milestones.
- Mentor Staff Engineers and senior technical leaders while raising engineering standards.
- Build alignment across teams and represent technology strategy to executives, customers, and partners when needed.
- Partner with Product and Design to connect technical investments and trade-offs to customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to establish long-term technical vision and guide architecture across multiple teams or domains.
- Track record of delivering high-stakes, ambiguous initiatives and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Demonstrated influence beyond one team, including mentoring senior engineers and raising standards at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong product and business acumen, including the ability to connect technical direction to business strategy and industry trends.
