Base Salary
$100k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support secure, reliable, scalable machine learning solutions in collaboration with product, UX, engineering, and product management teams.
- Write code and scripts for infrastructure automation, monitoring services, test cases, and destructive resiliency testing.
- Configure commercial off-the-shelf solutions, document and review work, and ensure quality and change-control standards are met.
- Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and proactive responses for production issues.
- Support production applications, monitor service-level objectives, and review performance and capacity across code, infrastructure, data, message processing, and prediction quality.
- Provide application support, answer questions from product and support teams, participate in cross-team collaboration, and review submitted code.
Requirements
- At least two years of work experience is required; five or more years in machine learning engineering, AI engineering, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is the stated minimum education requirement.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI and machine learning solutions is preferred.
- Experience with agentic AI applications, LLM-powered solutions, RAG systems, intelligent automation workflows, knowledge graphs, graph engineering, network analysis, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge layers is preferred.
- Experience with scalable data pipelines, data products, feedback-loop architectures, cloud-native AI/ML platforms, model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Pandas is preferred.
- Experience with vector databases, model-serving platforms, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, high-availability architectures, large-scale datasets, SQL, NoSQL, and modern data architecture patterns is preferred.
- Strong software engineering, automated testing, security, performance optimization, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability skills are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
