Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation teams through all aspects of PLM solution deployment.
- Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, build stakeholder consensus, and align technology delivery with business value.
- Design conceptual end-to-end solutions using standard and custom Aras Innovator applications.
- Lead or support requirements, use cases, functional specifications, statements of work, and customer-facing proposals.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite.
- Lead or participate in proof-of-concept engagements and provide input on professional services methodologies and tools.
- Coach and mentor team members, assign project tasks, review work products, and manage onsite or offshore technical teams.
- Support multiple projects and ensure accountable, timely end-to-end delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of PLM deployment experience.
- Proven experience leading large enterprise PLM software deployments in a consultant or architect role.
- Experience with enterprise application deployment methodologies and leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Technical proficiency with data modeling, SQL Server, Transact-SQL, SQL triggers, stored procedures, functions, and web programming.
- Proficiency with C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSL.
- Experience with legacy-system data migration techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Visual Studio Team Services.
- Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Industry or process knowledge in areas such as automotive, consumer products, high-tech electronics, aerospace, shipbuilding, engineering change, phase-gate project management, quality systems, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, or CMII change management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel 50%, primarily regionally with frequent one- to two-day trips.
