Responsibilities
- Own and ship features across integrations with tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Lead small-to-medium projects from requirements gathering to successful launch.
- Diagnose and resolve complex bugs in distributed environments.
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver value.
- Contribute to codebase health by addressing technical debt and improving test coverage.
- Mentor newer engineers and take ownership of integration areas.
Requirements
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs.
- Ability to operate independently on well-scoped projects.
- Writes clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
- Communicates effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Approaches debugging with rigor and comfort in unfamiliar systems.
- Takes full ownership of the lifecycle of work from design to maintenance.
