Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Spend ~50% of your time as a hands-on contributor, designing architectures and writing code.
- Lead architecture decisions for enterprise-grade healthcare deployments.
- Drive product direction and R&D alongside the founders.
- Collaborate with the existing engineering team and assist in recruiting for the NYC team.
- Own quality, reliability, and speed in a trust-critical environment.
- Grow into a leadership role as the team scales.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of engineering experience with deep ownership of complex technical systems.
- Currently spending ~50%+ of your time as a hands-on contributor.
- Experience as a founding engineer or former founder with high autonomy.
- Ability to operate in high-variability, trust-critical environments.
- Willingness to work in-person 5 days a week in the Chelsea office.
- Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) experience is a strong plus.
- Curiosity about clinical AI and patient impact is essential.
