Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows.
- Own features and projects end-to-end, from understanding the problem through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Ship high-quality code balancing speed with technical rigor.
- Build for reliability, observability, and performance as the product and patient base scale.
- Use AI to create intuitive and novel experiences for clinicians and patients.
- Collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and the broader team to turn complex healthcare problems into effective products.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional working experience.
- Experience building production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Fluency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience with LLM-powered applications is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and learn new technologies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
