Responsibilities
- Design, develop, architect, and maintain scalable, high-performing enterprise software solutions.
- Build full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and Kafka.
- Design, build, and support APIs and apply software development principles and coding best practices.
- Work with AWS, Apigee, Rancher, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Harness across cloud and delivery activities.
- Coach and mentor junior developers.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and drive technical direction across multiple teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of microservices development technologies and techniques.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies, Apigee, Rancher, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Harness.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs.
- Ability to recommend technical direction, influence decisions, solve problems, and work across teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, mentoring, and leadership skills.
Benefits
- Remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Base salary range of CAD 69,750–110,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus.
