Responsibilities
- Design and author test cases with a team of software engineers.
- Collaborate to test functionality related to Data Management in ArcGIS.
- Assess product quality and release readiness.
- Identify and troubleshoot product issues.
- Learn existing product technologies and troubleshoot production issues.
- Test software components through the user interface and provide feedback.
- Document software issues and work with developers to resolve them.
- Design and execute test strategies for functional requirements.
- Monitor and analyze test results to ensure software quality.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.
- Develop coding samples using public ArcGIS SDKs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software testing experience.
- Experience with application development languages like C#, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated team player interested in continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, geography, GIS, mathematics, or related field.
