Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of nCino and Salesforce solutions.
- Configure nCino banking functionality, including UI groups, routes, screens, product catalogs, lending, deposits, digital banking, collateral management, and covenants.
- Develop Apex, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and cloud-based or on-premise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Gather requirements, conduct business architecture and solution design sessions, create prototypes, and guide technical delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Use source control and release management tools to support development delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience and at least 1 year of experience with the nCino Bank Operating System application.
- Strong knowledge of nCino and Salesforce, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience configuring nCino UI groups, routes, screens, product catalogs, product packages, entities, exposures, collateral management, and covenants.
- Knowledge of nCino loan origination, deposits, lending, and digital banking platforms.
- Commercial or business banking knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end credit cycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premise systems using standard and custom REST APIs.
- Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and OAuth authentication.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schemas, and ETL tools.
- Experience with GitHub and Copado for source control and release management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer II and nCino certifications.
