Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, maintain, and support Windows application software.
- Develop backend functionality using C#/.NET and C++.
- Write database queries and support data-oriented development efforts.
- Provide innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with team members, key users, sponsors, and management.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and support software quality practices.
Requirements
- B.Tech./B.E. in Engineering, preferably Computer Science.
- 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- In-depth hands-on experience with C#/.NET 4.5 or higher.
- Experience with WCF or Web APIs.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and SQL Server query-writing experience.
- Understanding of design patterns, software architecture, configuration management, and software construction.
- Experience with Visual Studio and a source code repository such as Azure DevOps/VSTS or TFS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Preferred experience with C++, MFC, COM, WPF, HTML5, microservices, Azure, and DevOps.
