Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or across specific product lifecycle stages.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices, mentor team members, and support cross-department communication.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues and support system integrations.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery or Human Resource Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with configuration management and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
