Responsibilities
- Lead the solutions engineering function across customer and internal platform implementation programs.
- Translate business and customer requirements into scalable, maintainable, production-ready platform configurations.
- Establish ownership, accountability, implementation standards, quality reviews, validation practices, and delivery discipline.
- Oversee configuration patterns, workflows, business rules, data loads, platform setup, and interoperability across systems.
- Drive AI-assisted requirements analysis, workflow configuration, test case generation, documentation, and reusable implementation patterns.
- Lead and develop a high-performing implementation and platform configuration team.
- Ensure compliance with platform governance, security, data handling, access control, traceability, and production release standards.
- Assess configuration gaps and translate unmet requirements into documented product or engineering backlog items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, implementation, platform configuration, or technical delivery.
- At least 3 years leading teams, workstreams, or implementation programs.
- Strong experience delivering customer solutions in low-code, hybrid, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.
- Experience translating customer requirements into reliable platform configurations and reusable implementation patterns.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing, validation planning, customer delivery quality, and implementation governance.
- Understanding of APIs, workflows, business rules, data loads, and integration patterns.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools or automation to improve implementation delivery, testing, or documentation.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in product-led or platform-based organizations, low-code or hybrid development, enterprise interoperability, technically complex industries, globally distributed implementation teams, and scaling repeatable practices across customers or regions.
- Background checks are required for final candidates in accordance with applicable country-specific laws and practices.
