Responsibilities
- Debug software products through systematic testing and develop, apply, and maintain quality standards.
- Develop an automation roadmap, initiate appropriate frameworks, and maintain the existing automation suite.
- Enable project test teams to perform their own automation through suitable tools and strategies.
- Develop, modify, and execute automated testing scripts and programs.
- Maintain test-result documentation to support software debugging and modification.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 9 years of professional experience is required.
- Experience with test automation techniques for complex interdependent programs or projects.
- Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts with Selenium and Java.
- Experience with test planning, execution, and tracking tools.
- Experience with Cucumber, JBehave, Jasmine, or similar testing frameworks using BDD practices.
- Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools to integrate, run, and monitor automation scripts.
- Knowledge of Git and Charles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
