Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and productionization of machine learning models using deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
- Build and scale machine learning pipelines for training, inference, and integration with high-throughput ad-serving systems.
- Explore and integrate generative models for text, image, and video adaptations within Ads.
- Develop metrics and algorithms for creative freshness, asset valuation, efficient exploration, and creative composition optimization.
- Contribute to centralized services that unify asset attributes and model-driven insights across applications.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience testing and launching software products and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience building and productionizing machine learning models, including deep learning or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with TensorFlow, JAX, TensorFlow Extended, AdBrain, generative models, and large-scale online experiments is preferred.
- Familiarity with online advertising systems, creative optimization, personalization, or recommender systems is preferred.
