Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for the onboarding platform
- Implement service-to-service communication, orchestration, and fault-tolerance practices
- Collaborate on data pipelines, analytics platforms, and event-driven architectures
- Develop services supporting A/B testing, feature toggles, and real-time performance monitoring
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into backend solutions
- Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and strategy sessions
- Protect user data, support regulatory compliance, identify vulnerabilities, and address security risks
Requirements
- Strong software development experience and robust expertise in Java/Kotlin or similar languages
- Ability to design comprehensive, scalable solutions for high-traffic and high-availability systems
- Experience with data-driven development, analytics, and collaborating with data scientists and product managers
- Ability to apply secure coding practices and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Collaborative communication, knowledge sharing, peer mentoring, ownership, prioritization, and continuous learning
