Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable language model architectures.
- Design and tune neural network architectures and optimize model performance.
- Evaluate model outputs and implement improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration of language models into broader systems and applications.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and their use in language model training.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model performance.
- Familiarity with unsupervised learning and unlabeled text data.
- Skill in evaluating model outputs and improving accuracy and efficiency.
- 15 years of full-time education.
