Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end production GenAI solutions and define AI roadmaps for customers.
- Design RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-model orchestration, and AI gateway or routing layers.
- Build and scale model-serving infrastructure across Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI.
- Lead architecture decisions, design reviews, governance, architecture documentation, and reusable engineering standards.
- Own multi-cloud delivery across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform or Pulumi, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows.
- Implement observability, LLMOps, token and cost dashboards, drift detection, security controls, guardrails, and prompt-injection defenses.
- Mentor engineers, lead code and architecture reviews, and translate business and AI objectives into technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the technical qualifications also specify 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least two years of production AI/ML or GenAI delivery experience.
- Demonstrated leadership delivering complex multi-cloud AI solutions beyond prototypes.
- Prior experience as a tech lead or principal engineer managing 10 or more engineers.
- Advanced Python experience and familiarity with Go or Java/Kotlin for platform and infrastructure services.
- Experience with REST, gRPC, event-driven architectures, Kafka or Kinesis, and production software design.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector stores, knowledge graphs, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with fine-tuning methods including LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT is preferred.
- Deep expertise in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, networking, IAM, and storage.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi or AWS CDK, observability, responsible AI, FinOps, and architecture communication.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud certifications, AI ethics and model-card experience, bias or fairness testing, internal developer platforms, service mesh, API gateways, and regulated-industry experience.
